kidnapping a kitten with septic arthritis
I fell in love with this kitten at my internship today. She was just so precious… And shes a shelter cat n i just want to make her mine…of course a lot of things would have to align for that to happen,,, and first of all it would be her recovery. I really hope she make it, regardless. She came in with inflamed joints that are apparently filled with pus. We also found some old-ish wounds on her that looked pretty nasty. She’s also got this little bump on her nose that i’m afraid is some sort of tumor but its not being addressed right now because the septic arthritis is the priority. I think shes the kind of patient that for sure couold take a very sudden turn for the worse, but for now shes very wiggly, and eats all her food and purred a bit when i pet her.
Shes being moved to another clinic tomorrow, im guessing bc its cheaper than the big corpo owned icu ward im doing my internship at.
I think once she’s left i might email the shelter people and ask how shes doing. I’ll likely not be in this end of the country by the time shes up for adoption anyways, but itd be nice to know if she made it.
Ishould just put her and some antibiotics in me pocket and leave with her, really….
